1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client:

• If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order on our website www.agarwalpackersgroups.com. Cancellations made within this period will be processed without any penalty.
• If you cancel your order after the 24-hour window but before the consignment has been shipped, a cancellation charge of ₹2000 will be applied. Any additional charges incurred due to the preparation of your shipment will also be charged.
• Cancellations are not allowed once the consignment has already been shipped.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

• Refunds are only applicable for orders cancelled within the 24-hour window.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the consignment has been shipped.

Refund Process:

• Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Charges:

• The cancellation charge of ₹2000 is non-refundable.
• Any additional charges incurred for the preparation of your shipment prior to cancellation will also be non-refundable.
