Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ('Terms of Use') as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with the Platform Owner.

These Terms of Use relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, 'Services'). Any terms and conditions proposed by You which are in addition to or which conflict with these Terms of Use are expressly rejected by the Platform Owner and shall be of no force or effect. These Terms of Use can be modified at any time without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires 'you', 'your' or 'user' shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user/buyer on the Platform.

Terms and Conditions

• You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information during and after registration.
• We do not provide any warranty regarding the accuracy or suitability of information provided on the Platform.
• Your use of our Services and the Platform is at your own risk.
• You shall not claim any intellectual property rights in the contents of the Platform.
• You agree to pay charges associated with the Services.
• Unauthorized use of the Platform may lead to legal action.
• These Terms and disputes shall be governed by Indian laws, with jurisdiction in Chennai.
• All concerns or communications relating to these Terms must be sent via the contact information on our website.

Additional Clauses

• GSTIN Details: GSTIN details must be shared in advance. No changes will be made to the final invoice once generated from the system.
• Vehicle Transportation Charges: The vehicle transportation charges provided are based on the current prevailing market rate and are subject to change at the time of transportation.
• Cancellation Policy: If the client cancels the shifting after confirmation/updating, a cancellation charge of ₹2000/- and other applicable charges will be levied. Orders placed on www.agarwalpackersgroups.com can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. No cancellations will be accepted once the consignment has been shipped.
• Quotation Confirmation: Written confirmation of the quotation is required along with the payment of Gross Freight and GST (if applicable) prior to the commencement of packing.
• Balance Payment: Settlement of the balance payment must be made prior to the dispatch of the consignment from the origin.
• Transit Time:
  • For used household transportation: 300 Kms per day (excluding the pickup & delivery day).
  • For car transportation: 210 Kms per day (excluding the pickup & delivery day).
• Volume Charges: Charges will be based on the actual volume involved. If the volume exceeds the estimate, charges will be increased proportionately.
• Client-Packed Items: If packing is done by the client, it must be roadworthy and each item must be valued properly in the inventory list.
• Property of ASEPMPL: Cloth sheets, LED/LCD boxes, perfect boxes, and other materials are the property of Agarwal Shifting Experts Packers Movers Pvt Ltd. They must be returned after unloading on the same day. Unauthorized detention will invite appropriate actions.
• Technical Assistance: The locking/unlocking of machines, appliances, and other electronic gadgets requiring technical assistance must be arranged by the client/transporter at least 24 hours before packing starts. This is essential as these appliances may be covered by warranty or service contracts.
• Electronic Items: All electronic items/computers are packed on an as-is-where-is basis. The company does not accept any liability for defects/malfunctions at the destination.
• Disconnection of Equipment: Clients must arrange for the disconnection of all electrical equipment and appliances before the commencement of packing.
• Car/Bike Transportation:
  • Registration book, tax book, PUC certificate, and valid comprehensive insurance policy are required and must be handed over prior to dispatch.
  • Cars must have 16 liters of fuel for ramp-to-door movement. Excess fuel will be drained for safety. For locations where the car carrier cannot travel, vehicles will be road-driven by a skilled driver for distances up to 250-300 Kms.
  • Motorbikes must have no fuel at the time of loading; any fuel present will be drained out.
• Delay in Delivery: M/s Agarwal Shifting Experts Packers Movers Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for delivery delays due to factors beyond its control, such as natural calamities, strikes, accidents, etc.
• Potted Plants: Movement of potted plants will be arranged subject to truck space availability. Carriage of potted plants is solely at the owner's risk.
• Mandatory Insurance: For domestic shifting, ₹1 lakh insurance is mandatory. Shifting will not be allowed without the policy.
• Union Charges: If goods are to be delivered and picked up in any union area, union charges must be paid by the party.

Limitation of Liability

You assume all responsibility and risk for the use of this site and the Internet generally. Under no circumstances, shall Agarwal Shifting Experts Packers Movers Private Limited or its affiliates be liable for any direct, special, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever; including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits, without regard to the form of any action, including but not limited to contract, negligence, or other tort actions, arising out of or in connection with the use, copying, or display of the content resulting from access to or use of this site, or the Internet generally, under contract, tort or any other cause of action or legal theory.
